Peach Pie

Pie Crust

2 ½ cup Flour

1 T sugar

½ t salt

1 cup or 2 sticks of cold unsalted butter

Peach Pie Filling

4-6 peaches

1/3 cup white sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup flour

1 ½ T Lemon juice

½ t cinnamon powder

1 t vanilla extract

1 egg for egg wash

Bake in the oven at 350 Degrees F for 40-50 minutes.
