Alabama White Sauce (Big Bob Gibson’s 1925 Recipe)

Created in 1925 this sauce is a favorite all over Alabama!

2 & 1/2 cups of mayo

1 cup white vinegar

1/2 cup apple juice

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. black pepper

1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

2 tsp. lemon juice

2 tsp. horseradish

1/4 cup of sugar

Blend and chill in the frig for 1 hour

Pour over chicken and pork Enjoy!
