4 Ripe Pears, Halved
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (1.4g)
1/4 Cup Raisins (28.3g)
1/2 Cup Walnuts, Chopped (56g)
1. Rinse, then cut pears in half lengthwise. Remove stems. With a spoon, remove the core with the seeds. Make small slits at the sides of each pear. Place pears on a parchment lined baking sheet with at least 2 inches of space between them.
2. Sprinkle pears with cinnamon. Top each pear with raisins and walnuts. Drizzle with honey. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30-35 or until softened.
Serve warm or at room temperature. | Makes 8 servings
