A native dish to the U.S. Virgin Islands. Typically utilizing the local catch of the day: Yellowtail, Snapper, Mahi-Mahi or Kingfish. Accompanied with an Okra Funji (Cornmeal and fresh Okra, finished with a Lemon Butter Scotch Bonnet Sauce.
